![]() It’s been present for at least several weeks, and while some Intuit reps in these forums say the problem has been fixed, rest assured that it has not, and anyone saying otherwise is not being truthful with you. Upgrading to 2021 will not fix the problem. The issue appears to be in either the communications protocols between Quickbooks for Mac (both the 2020 and the 2021 versions), and the QuickBooks Payments service. ![]() Let me answer your question in plain, simple, honest language since Intuit support seems unwilling or unable to do so.
